About MI Wings
MI Wings was started by the educationist Ms.Deepa Rao with the core belief that “Every Child is Capable”, we only need to kindle the child’s true potential through a sensitively designed framework powered by the ‘Multiple Intelligence’’. We provide experiential learning opportunities to children through formulated activities igniting different bits of intelligence throughout the day. We offer a specially designed Learning Program focusing on tiny tots aged 2-6 years. Here, we explore a child’s inherent Intelligences, shower them with mind-provoking activities and hone their life skills with theme-based activities, all embedded within the rich cultural heritage of our Indian Value System. Here a child learns in an environment free of labels, pressure, competition or fear. A child learns to be confident with good communication abilities.
Deepa N. Rao
Founder
Deepa N. Rao is a passionate educator with more than 15 years of experience who is committed to helping students reach their full potential. She believes that every child has a unique set of intelligence, and she strives to create a learning environment that caters to those strengths.
Mentored and trained more than 500 teachers from 2010 from all parts of India and abroad. She also creates opportunities for students to work together in groups and to collaborate.
Professionally trained in Jolly Phonics and Jolly grammar, certified from CPD College, U.K
Qualified Trainer in Multiple Intelligences Theory advocated by Howard Gardener and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
She was trained under an IITian Mr. Ratnesh Mathur, founder of Aarohi Life Education, an Open learning community.
Founded ‘’Mudpie International Pre School’’-one of the first Multiple Intelligence based Pre schools in Bangalore in the year 2012, added the magic of MI to the lives of hundreds of children. She is responsible for supporting and mentoring new educators and assisting them with strategies that facilitate improved student achievement along with planning, preparing, and organizing.
Director – ‘Goal International Public School’, an ICSE school providing Multiple Intelligence and Bloom’s Taxonomy methodology, providing impactful education to hundreds of students proving that MI way works wonders on students.
MI Wings Pre School, promoted by Deepa N. Raois a preschool chain that aims to spread its branches all over India and abroad executing the theory of Multiple intelligences.
